## Agreement Structure
This Master Service Agreement ("MSA") constitutes the binding contract between Turrets Bliss Private Limited ("Company") and the Customer (individual owner, entity, or institutional partner).

## Core Provisions
- **Service Provisioning:** Turrets grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, subscription-based license to access the Digital Property Vault and associated modules.
- **Customer Data Ownership:** The Customer retains 100% ownership and title to all property deeds, personal files, and metadata uploaded to the vault.
- **Intellectual Property:** Proprietary scoring algorithms, UI interfaces, and software architecture remain the sole property of Turrets.
- **Service Availability (SLA):** 99.9% uptime commitment for Pro and Golden Member subscription tiers.
- **Limitation of Liability:** Turrets provides technology verification workflows and readiness indices; final legal due diligence remains subject to independent advocate verification.
- **Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:** Governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Uttar Pradesh / New Delhi.
