## Permitted Usage
The Platform is designed exclusively for lawful property owners, registered brokers, lending institutions, legal practitioners, and real estate developers to manage authentic property deeds, compliances, and transaction records.

## Prohibited Activities
- **Fraudulent Documentation:** Uploading forged, altered, fictitious, or unauthorized property titles and identity credentials.
- **Unauthorized Scraping & Penetration:** Reverse engineering platform encryption, brute-forcing API endpoints, or scraping proprietary readiness scoring algorithms.
- **Abusive Sharing:** Distributing watermarked property dossiers to unauthorized third parties in breach of co-ownership or non-disclosure obligations.
- **Malware Transmission:** Uploading infected binaries, macros, or malicious payloads into the document vault.

## Enforcement & Termination
Violation of this policy triggers immediate suspension of account credentials, cryptographic revocation of active share links, and notification to appropriate legal authorities where fraud is detected.
